Although in a highly competitive market environment,enterprises will be through the assessment to improve staff performance,but performance interviews are often unable to carry out or become a mere formality.How to carry on the performance interview successfully is the realistic subject faced by many human resource managers.Most existing literatures mainly focus on the performance appraisal process and methods,and lack of systematic and in-depth analysis of the performance interview process.Based on the literature review of performance management and the development of the theory frontier and application in this field,this paper summarizes and analyzes the actual situation of T Company and S Company performance interview and summarizes their basic practices And experience,pointing out that the two companies do well in the performance interviews and do a bad job,the impact of the impact of performance interviews summarized the factors that affect the impact of factors on the size of the two cases of enterprises.The practice results and theoretical methods in contrast,come to the scientific and reasonable performance interview procedures,methods.At the same time,it is pointed out that whether the performance interview is carried out successfully depends on whether the indicators are comprehensive and recognized by the staff,whether the results are objective and fair,whether the examination results are linked to the salary,whether the interviewer is fully prepared,,The interview environment is appropriate,the interview skills are skilled and interviewed by the degree of participation.
