Numerous conceptual and empirical studies on leadership in organizations highlight the impact of leadership style on the morale of subordinates,as evidenced by indicators related to organizational commitment and effectiveness.Despite the prevalence of transformational leadership style studies as they affect organization performance,leadership is one of the key roles used in any organization.Transformational leadership is a key style that has gained immense importance over the past few decades.This study aims to examine transformational leadership in enhancing employee morale and organization performance in this context.This work is a study on "the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of the organization." The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the phenomenon of leadership is quite complex,and it is not fully understood its impact on the result of the organization,especially management.This work was devoted to the study of leadership as a factor affecting the effectiveness of the management organization.The research methodology based on qualitative(semi structured interview data)data was used.In this qualitative research study of a small social services agency,the data revealed a transformational leadership culture visibly inspired by the CEO's leadership.The findings were based on the primary source of data from the interviews of participants and reviews of secondary data sources were used for triangulation.In this study,various approaches of leadership were studied and the concept of transformation was considered in detail,since it is relevant in the modern business environment and its external environment.Issues related to organizations were also discussed: specific organization activities,organization management,roles within organizations,as well as the characteristics of effective organizations.Based on the materials studied,the third Chapter presents a research methodology that correlates leadership styles and processes taking place in organizations.Interviews were conducted with top managers,members of management organizations to obtain quality data.The fourth Chapter presents the main results of the interview.Based on these results,recommendations were developed for managers of management organizations to use leadership styles in their leadership.Staff perceptions of transformational leadership behavior have been consistently evident from responses to specific interview questions related to the four elements of transformational leadership,as described in the multifactor leadership questionnaire(Avolio & Bass,1999).
