With the rapid economic development and prosperity, and the rhythm of change in today's society, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. If the enterprise want to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition, innovation is the weapon. And the innovation of enterprise comes from the innovation of the staff. Therefore, in the context of this fierce competition, enterprises must create conditions to stimulate the innovation awareness of employees, the implementation of unique incentives to meet the spiritual needs of employees. Since the fun of workplace has been put forward, it has been regarded as a kind of new incentive method, which is respected by the academic circles and is used by enterprises. So it is important to study its relationship with the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore, this paper takes the staffs who are in Fujian Province, the Internet, software and other related science and technology enterprises as the research object, while the introduction of attitude to the workplace fun as moderating variables, knowledge sharing behavior as a mediating variable. Discussing the relationship and the mechanism of the effect between workplace fun and the employee's innovation behavior through the empirical research. And Through 206 samples, with SPSSA22.0 and the Amos software, analyses the empirical test by using the block regression analysis method, this paper gets the following conclusions:(1) the workplace fun has a significant positive correlation with employee innovation behavior. Among them, relax and welfare workplace fun on the employee's innovation behavior showed significant positive correlation; (2) the attitude toward workplace fun plays a plays a moderating role in the effect between the workplace fun and the employee's innovation behavior, and the attitude toward workplace fun also has a significant adjustment influence on the relationship between the welfare workplace fun and employee's innovation behavior; (3) knowledge sharing behavior plays a partial intermediary role in the workplace fun on the employee's innovation behavior. And in the process of the interaction between knowledge sharing behavior as a mediating mechanism influence on employee innovative behavior. This shows that the management should be combined with the characteristics of the organization and choose the appropriate type of workplace fun, to create a full of fun working environment, to promote the implementation of employee's innovative consciousness and innovative ideas, and then realize the organization innovation, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
