With the changing market environment and the increasingly fierce competition, resulting in the original enterprise functional organizational structure is increasingly unable to meet the needs of enterprise development, in this context, in order to adapt to the ever-changing market environment, complex tasks, and knowledge workers participation, teamwork has become a business focus of attention and rapid recognition of corporate leadership in the worldwide long-term development. Commence immediately a lot of the team, but whether it is theoretical or practical research in management behavior, the ultimate is to improve team performance to achieve the highest performance for the team. In this case, the team performance will show its importance to study the influencing factors can also be said to be a basic work for the study of how to improve team performance. Every member of the team together to constitute a team, how to integrate the team’s resources and the advantages of team performance and team members to their fullest potential mining is particularly important. Recently, many scholars have a certain amount of attention for authorized leadership team and team performance. How to effectively improve the team performance is already a business and academia urgent problem. Therefore, the theoretical basis of the domestic management, based on the team to study the relationship between the authorized leadership and team performance is very significant.)Guangxi still falls behind in economy compared developed regions. There are a large number of enterprises in Guangxi,but the scales are small and medium-sized private enterprises,and generally speaking,the overall poor performance of small and medium enterprises,the overall competitive strength is weak,especially recently the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has brought an even greater crisis to the small and medium enterprises in Guangxi. Therefore,how to improve the performance of small and medium-sized companies in Guangxi,what is a major problem be Guangxi business leaders must faced,also is one of the other SMEs have to face a major issue. This paper argues that the authorization of leadership as an important characteristic of leadership behavior, is often regarded as an important factor to affect team efficiency, and thus have a significant impact on corporate team performance. Authorizes the leadership and team performance relationship has practical significance. The article summarizes authorization theory of leadership behavior and team performance theory research by a large body of literature reading,such as the vertical license authorization of leadership and shared leadership of the four on the form team performance:the task is completed,member satisfaction,the team continued,as well as the conduct of members. Then this study is based on the theoretical analysis of authorization led to further explore the relationship between the authorized leadership and team performance, put forward the theoretical assumptions of the study to construct a theoretical model and empirical analysis. Access to a lot of literature on the basis of the first to build a characterization of indicators for each factor, the formation of a preliminary questionnaire,and then continue to refine the questionnaire reasonable analysis of the questionnaire,and eventually established the specific content of the questionnaire provide a guarantee for the next step in the empirical research.Guangxi walks of life,small and medium enterprises employees,the study sample,the total sample of500field interviews literature analysis and survey to collect data,conduct an analysis based on data collected. In this paper,the SPSS11.0on the sample data obtained by regression analysis and validation study based on the assumption of authorized leadership and team performance in the analysis results to arrive at a final conclusion:Authorization leadership behavior variable vertical participation in goal setting and vertical encourage autonomous behavior,shared to encourage teamwork and shared participation in goal setting has a positive role in corporate team performance.Finally, the empirical results are discussed and analyzed,and then give some suggestions on how business leaders authorized the leadership behaviors to enhance team performance,and subsequently according to the inadequacies of this study,the research outlook.
