The Attract Investment Strategies Of DS Port Industrial District

Investment attraction is an important economic work. It is not only an important factor affecting regional social development, but also the fundamental way to promote the construction of regional economy. Pinghu City DS port is the most important component in marine economy of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou Bay Industrial Zone. DS port is a district that prioritized and supported by Zhejiang Province. In recent years, the park has got amount of fascinating achievements in the area of investment. The industry of comprehensive utilization of LPG has taken shape. DS port has made some certain progress, but compared with other advanced park, the investment quality and quantity should be improved in more respects to narrow the gap. Late start, imperfection of investment environment, lack of policy support are the main reasons for the inefficiency in investment, and that should be the most important issue to be resolved in the future development of DS port.The DS port investment as the main content,access to a large number of relevant documents, viewpoints of many scholars at home and abroad, learning advanced experience and method of the outstanding development zone. In chapters, the existing problems of DS port investment has been discussed with SWOT. In the demonstration of investment plan, this paper carries out the necessity of the industrial chain investment, supporting by the successful cases in Pinghu Economic and Technology Development Zone which prospers by the optical mechanical and electrical, and bio pharmaceutical food industry, and the empirical analysis on Guangzhou automobile industry. It also discusses and analyzes the prosperous cases in the existing industrial investment in DS port. In the part of implementation suggestion on industrial chain investment, suggestions has been made in four respects as specialized implementation of industry chain investment, creating a good investment environment, emphasizing high-level talents introduction, strengthening cooperation with other parks, and striving for common development to further clarify the dominant position of the industrial chain investment. The purpose of this paper is to trust the study and research to promote the specialized industry chain investment, and make a much professional, cluster development on DS port industry.
