This paper mainly introduces the basic concept and rank system, and a brief review of the development history of the theory and the research at home and abroad, but also to understand the present situation of the rank management part of the domestic enterprises. Using the method of theoretical research and empirical analysis, the industry background, business situation, organizational structure, human resource management of H company are analyzed. On the one hand, with the development of the enterprise strategic target industry change, organizational structure flattening reform and adjustment, the early days of the post grade system on the other hand the enterprise tends to be formal, single employee development way, the lack of normative increasingly prominent problems of enterprise performance management, the actual situation of the enterprise and the management based on knowledge, the company should construct and implement reasonable rank system point of view. The application of theory, analysis of the status quo, the chart shows the form of a comprehensive exposition of the preparation stage, analysis of the status quo, Department combing, job evaluation, personnel allocation, need the work carried out the rank system, through these steps to build a set to conform to the development needs of enterprises, employees rank system, so as to realize the human resources management to enhance and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
