Study On Production Logistics Management Based On JIT And MRP ?

Productive physical distribution of enterprise, specially the production logistics of manufacturing enterprise, is accompanied by the manufacturing process of the product. The manufacturing process of the product is essentially a process of materials circulation. The operation plan based on market demant forecasts or customer orders is actually the material flow planning. Manufacturing resource planning (MRP)and just in time (JIT) are the frequently used enterprise production management modes.It is very important to combine the advantages of them to improve business production logistics.Taking the S Corporation as an example, this study analyazed the company's production status, and then studied production logistics from the perspectives of production planning and control system, so as to improve the production efficiency, all aspects of the cost, and the quality of products. By this, this study is able to enhance customer satisfaction, and ultimately increase business efficiency.After introducing the background and status, this thesis introduces the origins of JIT and MRP ?, overview of the theories of JIT and MRP ?, structure, functions and features. The practical significance for enterprise JIT and MRP ? are also discussed. Secondly,regarding the S Corporation's problems, this thesis analyzes the problems from the perspective of production planning and control, and proposes a production management mode based on MRPII and JIT.This research shows that the integration of MRP ? and JIT is extremely suitable for advanced production management in the S company. It helps to reduce the company S inventory to ensure all project production of low cost, on-time delivery, increasing profit targets.Other manufacturing industry can also benefit from this study in terms of production management.
