Optimization Research On Performance Manafement System Of XC Gold Mine Dressing Plant

With the diversified development of world economy,enterprises can exist and develop in competitive market only if they keep on enhancing the core-competitiveness,there into,to mange talents and to discover their potentialities is the most important ability to enterprises,and HRM is a key to build core-competitiveness,the P.M.(performance management)system will also become to be the most effective management system for carious enterprises.Therefore,how to establish&improve P.M.system,how to evaluate performance justly&accurately,how to improve performance level continuously,all of above will be the key to gain a competitive advantage for achieving the strategic target.This paper mainly talks about XinCheng Gold Mine's mineral processing plant,it adopts the way of combining survey,observation,interview and case study to further discuss the existing P.M.system of mineral processing plant,it finds out questions to analysis,it advances the existing P.M.system based on advancing P.M.system theory,it advises improvements to encourage staff to fulfill their potential,finally to promote the whole performance and enhance core-competitiveness.This paper includes 6 parts,part one mainly expound the research background,meaning,status both here and abroad;part two mainly introduce basic theory about performance management;part three describes basic situation of XC Gold Mine mineral processing plant,this part general analysis present P.M.situation,it finds out existing problems of plant and makes a detailed analysis of them;part four discusses basic idea&content,and chooses applicable P.M.method to optimize and design of XC Gold Mine mineral processing plant's P.M.system;part five gives applied measures to support P.M.system's effective operation;part six is conclusion.In this paper,we optimize and research P.M.system to promote it become more scientific and effective,we encourage staff improve their skills initiatively by many forms,so that we can improve the work performance and achieve enterprise's performance objectives.Meanwhile,this paper gives important value and realistic meaning to enhance enterprises' whole performance level on similar case.
