Research On The Income Distribution Problem Of Virtual Enterprise

Since the eighties of the 20th century,it has taken the opportunity and challenge to the survival and development of enterprises that world economical integration, market competitive globalization, and especially the development of information technology. because of its one's own limitation,the entity organizational form which have ever produced enormous impetus at industry age can't already meet the needs of societal and economic development. Virtual enterprise, a new organizational form, comes into being just at the background. Now, it has been received more and more attention by business circles and academia. Come to light, the existence of conjunct profit is the base of cooperation between the different organizations. Thus the distribution of conjunct profit becomes the most attentive by the partners. The studies about income distribution of virtual enterprise now discuss some part on the problem of income distribution of virtual enterprise from a certain angle,and that does not form an intact theoretical system yet. this thesis will make use of transaction cost economics, game theory, information economics, agency by agreement theory, enterprise network theory and Bargaining theory to further discss the income distribution of virtual enterprise from the angel of the complete information and incomplete information, and we wish that it can offer some reference for the virtual enterprise's theoretical research and practice. In this thesis,we investigate and analyze lots of literature,and sum synthetically up the uniqueness of virtual enterprise which is different from other enterprises organizations or alliance form,and put forward the problem which we will research,and discuss gradually it surrounding the uniqueness. First,the thesis has probed into the principle of the income distribution of virtual enterprise,and put forward the basic principle and practicability principle. Secondly,we discusses Nash bargaining model of behalf sharing and its solving,probes into the problem of income distribution of virtual enterprise under complete information , brings forward a tactic of the income distribution of virtual enterprise,which is based on λ-equalitarianism solution of Nash bargaining model,and considers synthetically the factors that includes the resources every member enterprise put into the virtual enterprise's project,the risk it undertakes and the support to the cooperative partner,and it discusses how can confirm the parameter in the model. And then,it has discussed the problem of income distribution of virtual enterprise under I-kind asymmetrical information using the model of once income distribution,and it gets every member enterprise's level of endeavor under the Nash equilibrium and its most excellent coefficient of distribution. Next,it puts forward a tactic of the twice profit distribution of virtual enterprise based on the model of once income distribution,which uses the tactics of income reallocate which regards encouraging as the goal and the punishment tactics which takes restriction as means synthetically,and discusses the improvement of every member enterprise's level of endeavor and the improvement of the efficiency of the resource deploying in virtual enterprise. Finally,using Game theory and Nash Bargaining Model,we probes into the problem of income distribution of virtual enterprise under II-kind asymmetrical information,and brings forward a tactic of repetitious distribution by stage in virtual enterprise,and discusses how can confirm the parameter in the model.
