With e-commerce and information network rising,more and more fields put mobile networks into application,constantly changing people s consumption patterns and the demand of urban distribution.Door-to-door delivery service brings competitive advantages but also challenges,in order to maintain the market share,there is a contradiction between the high distribution cost and low distribution efficiency for the distribution side.How to meet the growing city demand is one of the urgent problems to be solved for the terminal distribution side.It could be said that the timely delivery of products to customers is the key to the success of enterprises,and the appropriate vehicle scheduling is the important factor of less distribution time and distribution costs.On the one hand,with the change of consumption structure,more and more demands are becoming randomness,dynamic and timeliness.On the other hand,considering the higher rental cost and the offset of part urban functions,the number or area of distribution station site is reducing.To maintain the market share,the quickly response to the dynamic demand has owned more and more attention.This paper presents a mobile distribution model for the randomness,timeliness demand based on the existing research,enriching the theory and practice application,improving the distribution of the response speed and providing a reference for the terminal distribution of related products or industries.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows.(1)A mobile distribution model is put forward for the dynamic,stochastic,higher timeliness and frequency demand.That is,the vehicles can be treated as small mobile vehicle distribution centers or professional crowdsourcing delivery staffs,and the inventory of vehicles can be treated as the dynamic allocation of resources.The all vehicles follow the real-time command from the scheduling site to delivery,and only when vehicles have no inventory they can return to the site to load,or it is the end time of the operation,improving the reaction rate and reducing the invalid transportation and lead time.Then the application scope and application advantages of mobile distribution model and distribution characteristics are analyzed and summarized.(2)Combining with the existing dynamic vehicle scheduling theory,characteristics of mobile distribution mode and actual distribution,and considering the possibility of path optimization when the vehicle virtual inventory is shortage and can return back to carry out rather than abandon its optimization.Then this paper firstly establishes a dynamic vehicle scheduling model of mobile distribution mode without time window.Then on the basis of the further one,a dynamic vehicle scheduling model with time window is built up which commitment delivery time is the time window,making the order delivery time shorter and distribution cost and penalty cost lower at the same conditions.(3)Finally,this paper takes the barreled drinking water industry as the background combined with field investigation about the water distribution sits.Then it takes one distribution site as an example,and uses the MATLAB programming algorithm for vehicle scheduling and path optimization for dynamic orders.The results show that the"mobile distribution model + real-time scheduling" can improve the reaction rate of orders and transportation efficiency and reduce the invalid transportation of the vehicles and the cost.
