The Impact Of Carrying Offshore Service Outsourcing On The Growth Mode Of Chinese Service Trade

Since entering into WTO,Chinese service trade has made considerable development.In 2014,Chinese service trade amounted to $604.3 billion,an increase of 12.6% compared with 2013,accounting for 6% of the world's total service trade amount,ranking second in the world.China has become a big country in service trade,but we have a long way to go to become a strong one in the service trade.As a matter of fact,with the increase of trade volume,some problems in the ways of growth such as the increase of the deficit,the imbalance of the internal structure,have appeared.Therefore,it's urgent for us to realize the intensive mode on service trade growth,and make sure of its sustainable development.Firstly,this thesis expounds the connotation of the growth mode of offshore service outsourcing and service trade,and analyzes the current situation of the development of Chinese offshore service outsourcing and service trade growth mode with qualitative and quantitative method.And make a judgement that Chinese service trade is developing to intensive growth mode,but the trend is more obvious in importing than exporting.Then the thesis discusses the mechanism of the impact that the offshore service outsourcing affect the intense of service trade,and we deem that undertaking offshore service outsourcing affect the service trade growth mode mainly through the expansion of trade scale,optimize the trade structure,enhance the trade competitive advantage,expand the knowledge spillover and improve the economic efficiencySecondly,this thesis uses the Eviews software to verify the five ways mentioned above.The results show that the five ways are positively affected by the offshore service outsourcing.Then I make a measurement mode with the service trade growth mode as dependent variable measured by the relative export technology content,and taking Service trade scale,service trade structure,service trade competitive advantage,service industry knowledge spillovers and service trade economic benefits as independent variables.The conclusion is: Undertaking offshore service outsourcing could promote the development of service trade growth mode intensethrough the five ways above.Finally,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis.
