The Study On Manufacturing Industry Gradient Division And Regional Coordinated Development Of Yangtze River Economic Belt

In September,2014,the State Council issued a policy about relying on the gold waterway guidance to promote the development of the Yangtze River economic belt.The policy clears the national development strategy that optimizes the industrial structure along the river,forms a pattern of complementary advantages,collaboration and interaction on the river.The Yangtze River economic belt across east,middle and west areas in China(the Yangtze River delta region,the middle reaches and Chengdu-Chongqing region).Affected by different resource endowment and economic development,there are significant differences between regional industrial development.It formed an industrial division pattern that coastal started first,dating back to the hinterland of the river to develop with gradient.It is important to enhancing the overall competitiveness of the Yangtze River economic belt that optimize industrial gradient division relations and different levels' regional economy develop coordinately.China still develops in the period of industrialization.As the leading industry of economic development,manufacturing industry gradient division is crucial to industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River economic belt.Based on manufacturing industry as the breakthrough point and quantitative analysis of the status quo of the Yangtze River economic belt's industrial gradient division and regional coordinated development,this paper studies the effect of the Yangtze river economic belt's industrial gradient division on regional coordinated development.Firstly,based on theory of industrial gradient division and regional coordinated development,the paper researches the industrial gradient division's effect on regional coordinated development.The effect is mainly embodied in two aspects: industrial division's effect on the place where industry turn out and in and regional system.Secondly,this paper analysis and describes the manufacturing industrial gradient division's status quo of the Yangtze River economic belt's three regions by using industrial gradient coefficient;builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional collaboration from society,economy,science,technology education and ecological environment's aspects to describe the status quo of regional coordinated development.Thirdly,this paper tests manufacturing gradient division's effect on regional coordinated development of the Yangtze River economic belt by using varying parameter model.Lastly,according to the result of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper summarizes research conclusion and gives suggestions on how to promote the Yangtze River economic belt industrial gradient division and regional coordinated development.The research conclusion of this paper is mainly manifested in three aspects.Firstly,the Yangtze River economic belt's three regions' manufacturing industry gradient gradually close to the Yangtze river economic belt's;the Yangtze river delta region overall showed a decline trend in the manufacturing industry gradient;the middle reaches presented decline then rising trend;Chengdu-Chongqing region overall showed rise trend.Secondly,the order of three major regional coordinated development degree is the Yangtze River delta region,Chengdu-Chongqing region and the middle reaches;especially,the Yangtze River delta region plays an active role to promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River economic belt.Thirdly,manufacturing gradient division of the Yangtze river delta region's effect to regional coordinated development is not significant,and the development of the tertiary industry can effectively enhance regional coordinated development;the middle reaches and Chengdu-Chongqing region's manufacturing gradient division can effectively enhance regional coordinated development,and the fixed asset investment of the tertiary industry will weaken the promotion of manufacturing gradient division to regional coordinated development.
