| The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is a regional coordinated development urban cluster,which is dependent on Wuhan urban circle,Poyang Lake City Cluster and Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city cluster,and formed through overall planning and cooperation.Urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is an indispensable part of the Yangtze River economic belt and an important area to implement the strategy of promoting the rise of the central region,comprehensively deepen reform and promote new urbanization.Coordinated development of urban agglomerations is an important feature of regional economic development.To develop urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River into the fourth pole of regional economy,the key is to develop industrial clusters based on urban differences.In this paper,three analysis methods,i.e.similarity coefficient of industrial structure,dynamic deviation share model and location entropy,are used to compare and analyze the changes of industrial structure and advantageous industries of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River before and after the proposal of the regional market development plan for the middle reaches of the Yangtze River(2017-2020).It is found that: first,from 2000 to 2018,the industrial development direction and path of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are basically the same,the three industrial structures are similar,and the reasonable flow of resources and complementary industries are not formed along with the industrial transfer;second,the total increment gap of each urban agglomerations expands,and the total increment gap will affect the economic development status of the urban agglomerations;third,the production of each urban agglomerations The industry competitiveness and development potential are quite different.The second and third industries of Wuhan city circle have strong competitiveness,and the first industrial structure is "not conducive to economic growth".Although the Poyang Lake City Group is undergoing industrial upgrading,due to the relatively backward development,the competitiveness and development potential of the city group are relatively weak,and some departments of the second and third industries of the city group around Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan have strong regional competitive advantages and development prospects;Fourth The industrial concentration of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is relatively high,but the regional industrial competitiveness is not strong.The advantages of industrial clusters are mainly concentrated in heavy industries such as non-metal mining and processing industry,automobile manufacturing industry,chemical raw materials and chemical products industry;fifth,the advantages of the third industrial cluster in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster are mainly in accommodation and catering industry,telecommunications,radio and television,satellite service industry,real estate intermediary service industry,etc.,but the degree of specialization is not particularly obvious and needs to be improved.It can be seen from the above that the cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River cluster have some problems,such as high coincidence of industrial structure,low level of industrial development,weak competitiveness of industrial clusters,insufficient industrial relevance and low level of cooperation,due to the similar natural endowment of adjacent resources,unclear urban positioning,administrative segmentation and vicious competition.In view of these problems,this paper believes that the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River needs to further improve the industrial development planning,strengthen the coordination of the government,build the industrial division and cooperation system,vigorously develop the advantageous industries,further improve the innovation mechanism,and promote the coordinated development of regional economy. |
