After the global financial crisis in 2008, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt promote urban construction is imperative to towns to promote economic restructuring, the future focus of development effort in six aspects:urban and rural development, infrastructure interoperability, the coordinated development of the industry, and build ecological civilization, sharing public services, deepen open.2014 is issued by the State Council to promote the development of the Yangtze River economic belt guidance, the goal is to promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, narrowing the economic gap with the coastal areas of central and western provinces to achieve common prosperity of the people.I read a lot of literature related to check the latest data, pointing out that, based on the guidance of mentors hard Yangtze River Economic Belt boundary screen effect exists, be it transportation, environmental, institutional, industrial structure and other aspects of the analysis and propose solutions. In the empirical part of the Chengdu-Chongqing Yangtze River City Group, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River with a focus on urban agglomerations, major Chinese cities according to the National Bureau of Statistics Yearbook and data inside, the election is representative of economic variables, perform panel data regression analysis environmental governance investment and per capita GDP and industrial relations between the amount of sulfur dioxide removal, and select Barro regression equation based on the gravity model to analyze the shielding effect and draw boundaries trends Yangtze River provinces exist. Finally, the theoretical and empirical analysis based on the results of a comprehensive, propose solutions, standards "along the way" to break the boundaries of the Yangtze River basin to achieve shielding effect of regional economic integration.
