In the economic globalization,the quality of employees and their learning ability have become the key factors of the competition between enterprises,developing high quality talents has become an inevitable choice for each enterprise.Employee training plays a crucial role in the area of employee knowledge and skill development,code of conduct and the sense of responsibilities,creativity and innovation spirit cultivation,shaping the Morality.A log of enterprises has recognized the important value of the training,however because Chinese enterprise started employee training relatively late,the development of training have yet to be improved.Most of enterprises only provide product or process training,lack of an efficient training plan.Enterprises should really understand the importance of the training,so as to establish a scientific and effective training system,to set up the management concept of"talent is the first resource".Finance contains the issue and return of currency,the absorption and pay of the deposit,the payment and recovery of the loans,buying and selling of gold and silver and foreign exchange etc.Internet payment issue once become one of the bottlenecks in the development of electronic commerce,due to buyers and sellers do not know each other and no bank guarantee,online trade can't be carried out at certain period.Internet Payment solved this difficulty of the business development,it is one of the important financial solutions,the competition in finance industry is fierce,so enterprise should pay more attention on employee training to improve the quality of employees,it can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises gain more market shares.The thesis referred to some famous training theory of employee management and case study.By researching of existing status and problem for Internet Payment Industry,through using some enterprises as study case,it is to understand the problems of Internet Payment Companies' training,propose suggestion to solve those problems.It is not only a good study of the employee training theory,but also has practical significance to problem solving of employee training in internet payment companies.This thesis through the investigation and research on internet payment enterprises,find the characteristics of the industry,including fast technology update,short effectiveness of employees training,high requirement of employees' quality etc.By leveraging survey research,interview and scenario study method,this thesis analyzed the existing problems on the employee training of Internet Payment companies.It discovered some main problems including leadership attention,lack of scientific training system,reasonable training requirement analysis and etc.The thesis also suggested the improvement method including the Internet Payment companies' leadership awareness on the importance of employees'training,establishing and optimizing the training system,improving training needs analysis,trainer quality improvement,training material enhancement,building training evaluation,setting up employee career development.It enables the rationalization and effectiveness of the enterprise employee training.Because of the limit of this thesis and my knowledge,there are still some shortage in this thesis.Internet Payment industry is growing,there might be some new problems to be found and solved in the future.This thesis didn't provide the detailed explanation of some solutions,such as how to enhance the training system,improve the quality of training needs analysis,and how to evaluate the training result.I will continually monitor the status of Internet Payment companies' training execution and implement more refining investigation and research in order to perfect the employee training system of Internet Payment Industry.
