Employee Training is to build up the learning activity in the enterprises which is the key activity in the human resource management and development.It is also the main method to perfect the human resource related work.Employee Training is the critical factor in the human resource management process.Employee Training in the contemporary enterprise human resources system plays an important role which affects the survival and development of enterprises.Along with the raising of Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)industry,more and more Business Process Outsourcing Companies have been established with fast growth,which causes the fierce competition between companies regardless of talent,customer service,management as well as many other areas.The most core competition is about the talent and human capital.Optimizing and establishing the training system,improving the core competitiveness of business process outsourcing company is the first priority under current circumstance.It is also important to embed employee training into Business Process Outsourcing Companies' corporate strategy and integrate these two aspects together.By theoretical study of training,using the methods of document analysis,interview,questionnaire and case study,analyzing the existing problems as well as the root causes on the employee training of Business Process Outsourcing Company.It found few aspects of problems including insufficient management attention,incomplete training system,lacking of training request analysis and unscientific training method,defective training evaluation system as well as career development.For resolving these problems,the paper puts forward the concrete strategy and tactics to improve the train of thought in three main aspects including building and optimizing the training system,training method improvement and training system perfection.The thesis is from enterprise strategy view to study the Employee Training.Through establishment and perfection of training system in Business Process Outsourcing companies,it helps Business Process Outsourcing companies to adopt the dynamic environment,keep the sustainability,meet the needs employee's career development,promote the corporate culture,attract talent,build up the strong team and improve the core competiveness as well as achieve the business goals.All strategies,scientific training methods and contents proposed in this thesis will contribute to improve employee training quality and enhance the training efficiency with positive influence and practical value.
