According to modern human capital theory, the important components of human resource include the intelligence, ability, experience and character of the employees. How to enhance their intelligence level, professional skills and moral character through effective training programs, as well as exploit their potential, cultivate the work enthusiasm and improve their loyalty on the premise of a reasonable training costs are the important subjects to solve for S Branch of Bank A and other enterprises.Based on analyzing recent research and achievement of training theories, this paper puts forward the new improved scheme and relevant measurement in accordance with improving the training systems of S Branch of Bank A. First, we attempt to elaborate the organization structure, development strategy and current status of human resources training of S Branch of Bank A, then discover the existed problems through spot research and questionnaires. Based on those, we represent optimized orientation training programs and systematic training model for first-line manager. Meanwhile, to assist the smooth implement of new training model, the concrete measures are proposed to reinforce leadership and keep procedures standardized.Based on the theories of human resource training and development, this paper conducts a research on the science and maximum benefit of human resources management and describes a series of enhanced scheme. Especially in view of the structured scheme of "six-steps-orientation" for the new recruits and the mixed training programs for first-line managers, it has the optimization and innovation of the existing training programs. Overall, this paper must have some reference value for other enterprises.
