In the current economic market environment,Commercial banks are becoming increasingly competitive,Business innovation,technological innovation,product development which as the bank's soft power.has been more and more attention by commercial banks,has been taken more and more attention by commercial banks.It makes the IT management as a support for the banking sector plays an increasingly important role.According to the current situation of IT management in commercial banks,although IT management of the commercial banks has invested a large number of human and material resources in information construction,they still unable to meet the business demand.The occurrence of system failure due to various reasons caused service delays still exists.Mainly reflected in:IT management systems and IT technical classification is fragmented;management can not be unified;the lack of systematic communication path between business departments and IT departments;the lack of method on dealing with the whole process of fault processing;Statistical quantitative analysis report for reliable service cannot be provided;he lack of monitoring of internal operations,and so on.So the lack of effective process management has become an important issue of the commercial bank.This paper takes the IT service management model as the theoretical demonstration platform,based on the practice in IT management process of China Construction Bank Shandong branch since 2010,according to the IT Infrastructure Library standard theory (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).According to the transformation from Department Bank to Process Bank of China Construction Bank Shandong branch,we researched how to realize the model transformation from the Department Bank to the Process Bank of commercial bank.This paper introduced the current situation of the IT service management of China commercial banks.Analyzed the problems of traditional IT management mode. Demonstrated the feasibility of the transformation of IT management,Pointed out the transformation direction and realization route,constructd the transformation model of IT service management,And made innovation research on IT management from the aspects of data mining,service customization and work quantification,Finally,this paper pointd out that the transformation of commercial IT management mainly focused on the establishment of appropriate management platform and service directory,At the same time to the organic unity of decentralized and centralized IT management,And through which the key link is the strict implementation of service commitment time,The most important thing is the implementation of fit and enterprise development to adapt to the process of transformation.At present, the transformation IT management of our country's commercial banks is in a gradually mature stage,Both theoretical research and practical exploration are still inadequate,There is still much room for growth. In the future, we need to explore and practice the process of IT service management,Take more innovation and continuous optimization and improvement management. I believe that with the growing maturity of the financial market and the increase in the amount of information in the era of big data,We will be more in-depth study of,Our research on the IT management of commercial banks will be more in-depth,We still have a long way to go.
