Internet penetration of the economy and the financial sector continues to deepen, the network technology as an important part of the information technology has become a new engine of economic development. In recent years, all kinds of Internet product emerge in endlessly, the rapid development of Internet banking to commercial banks brought historic opportunities for development, has brought serious challenges to commercial banks at the same time. Internet banking is the traditional financial main into the vitality, theoretical basis and literature data, concepts related to the network marketing definition, current situation and characteristics of the analysis and study of domestic and foreign commercial bank network marketing and China CITIC Bank as an example, the establishment of the SWOT model of the development of CITIC Bank, analysis the advantages and disadvantages and facing opportunities and challenges, and puts forward a new network marketing strategy to deal with internet banking, and gives the corresponding suggestions.In this paper, we study the CITIC Bank network marketing strategy, meaning that through the marketing strategies of network system exploration, analysis, reveal the CITIC Bank network marketing existence question, proposed the rationalization of the network marketing strategy, promote the development of China CITIC Bank network marketing strategy, improve the core competitiveness of the bank in the letter. This paper describes the five parts:the first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of the study. The second part is an overview of the theory of network marketing. Beginning with the explanation of the concept of network marketing, the basic and emerging theories of network marketing are summarized, and the influence of network marketing on commercial banks is analyzed. The third part is the present situation of the network marketing of CITIC bank. First of all, the paper summarizes the actual development of CITIC Bank network marketing, and points out the existing problems. The fourth part is the SWOT analysis of the network marketing of China CITIC bank. By using the SWOT analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of CITIC Bank network marketing are analyzed, and the factors affecting the influence of the network of CITIC Bank are obtained. The fifth part is the implementation of the network marketing strategy of CITIC Bank, and puts forward some practical suggestions.
