Studies On Fund Procurement And Use Of Small-middle Enterprises

The performance of development and business of an enterprise is highly related with the key business factors of the enterprise.The fund always stands in the key business factors to any business type.The fund status gives more influence and harder disturbance to the small-middle enterprise.Be of the limited business volume and weak business status,the small-middle enterprise is often lack of fund.To solve the problem of fund shortage,firstly we should decide the fund source and procurement method.Secondly,we should manage the fund use,and make it more reasonable and more efficient.We cannot solve the problem completely unless we look into it from fund procurement and fund use.The business case of HDX is also introduced to explain some particular points.This article is with the all the efforts to have the to the fund problems in small-middle enterprises studied,and hope to have a conclusion which is useful to the managerial persons in business and the researchers in academic studying of the relative topics.
