The Interrelationship Research Between Safety Management And Social Responsibilities In Middle And Small Chemical Enterprise

Since entering the 21st century, as the frequency of various categories of accidents occurs in the enterprise and the conflicting of interests of the enterprises and employees, people's expectations of the enterprise is not only limited to the economic and legal requirements, people also hopes the enterprise can be responsible and obligation for a series of security and social issues. In many western countries, enterprise security and social responsibility have become one of important factors which affect the sustainable development of the enterprises. Enterprise security and social responsibility have risen to the strategic management level. Government and non-governmental organizations have provided policy support to the corresponding for enterprise's social responsibility. With the rapid development of the economic, the further industrialization, many Chinese companies are also faced with a lot of problems of the security and social responsibility, especially the small and medium enterprises whose management and protection are relatively weak. How to further study the relationship between the enterprise security and social responsibility has a significant role in solving this problem.Firstly, the relationship between safety management and social in system files are analyzed in detail. It should put enterprise security management into the large frame of corporate social responsibility for consideration, take enterprise security responsibility as basic responsibility to corporate social responsibility.Then, safety management and social responsibilities in middle and small chemical enterprise are analyzed in theoretical side, and combining the expert advice and the actual situation of enterprises. Security management index system and social responsibility index system in middle and small chemical enterprise are established. AHP is employed to determine the index weight, analyzing and sum up the key elements of the two. It analyzes the intrinsic link between the two more in-depth by studying the relationship and the index system, the relationship between economics and the integration of SA8000 and GB/T 28001 standard. In order to study the quantitative relationship between safety management and social responsibilities in middle and small chemical enterprise, the issue puts forward the assumption and set up the theories model and identify the independent variable and dependent variable. On the base of the theoretical studies and field survey, the questionaire about safety management and social responsibilities are set up which is strong scientific and practical by use the statistical theory. According to the data screening of the questionaires which were distributed to the middle and small chemical enterprises and collected from them, using the software of SPSS to analyze the available data by descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis. The final results show that there is a certain degree of positive correlation between safety management and social responsibilities in middle and small chemical enterprise. It is far from enough for the middle and small chemical enterprises rely on security management to make a good job of social responsibilities. This does not only require the unremitting efforts of the middle and small chemical enterprises themselves and also need the help and supervision of the society.
