Since the beginning of the 1990’s, the process of world economic globalization is accelerating, the multinational corporations have expanded very rapidly and become the pillar power in the world economic development, economic globalization and integration process. Their comprehensive capability has reached an unprecedented level. The human resource management of multinational corporations is quite different from their internal operation in the background of global business developing. The difference reveals the human resource component diversification. The employees from different countries and cultural background make the human resource management execute many more diversified management functions. The diversification and complication of the same management function have been heightened greatly, the management has encountered many more external restraints. The inefficient international human resource management will cause more obvious unfavorable effects. The importance of human resource management diversification in the corporation developing and transforming process has been realized gradually. How to maximize the value of employees from different cultural background is the difficulty and challenge for the present corporation human resource management. Due to the short history of human resource management development in China, it’s necessary for Chinese corporations to make use of the experience of western developed countries for management reference, especially the multinational corporations with long history. Hereby, the author takes the European airlines company with 90 years history-H company as the analysis target to obtain the useful diversification human resource management methods and experiences.The headquarter of H company is based in Amsterdam Holland, with its 90 years history, it’s the airlines company with longest history in operating by the same name and the regular flights in the world. Its flight network covers the whole world including Asia flights to Japan, Korea and China.The aviation industry mainly focuses on service, H company consists of multicultural and multiethnic staff team according to different market demands. For example, besides Dutch employees, H company hires Chinese cabin attendants on the flights to and from China to offer better service to Chinese passengers, there are also Asian cabin attendants on Japan and Korea flights correspondingly. Thus, the corporation employee composition becomes more and more diversified. The company human resource management takes diversification and differentiation methods to deal with the multiculture and has got some results.This article begins with the diversification employee management strategies in H company. It introduces the diversification employee demands, composition, recruitment, training and so on, how the company coordinates and uses the multiculture in recruitment and training, analyzes the present human resource management, summarizes the diversification management development and experience by analyzing the employee performance appraisal, salary system and incentive mechanism, motivates the staff effectively,unites staff together in the company by setting the diversification management system and how to run the differentiation management in order to create the fair and harmonious working atmosphere.Meanwhile, the article also tries to find some deficiencies to improve, in expecting to administer the employees in a rational and perfect way to promote company development...
