The world is delayering, and the circumstances of clothing brands keep changing when our daily lives are renewed by the Internet, big data and social medias and so on. Clothing brands' working circumstances also have departed from traditional models in this environment, however, they are still facing new challenges while they can enjoy the benefit provided by the internet.The Internet has been challenging the traditional ways of consuming by providing a convenient and democratic communication platform, and the customers today refuse to be defined by sellers for they have got more choices and more ideas towards fashion. Everyone is unique, which makes it impossible for brands to satisfy everybody. "YOUER" has been committed to be able to stand out in the competition of the product strategy is loyal to the brand's unique design genes, with the design to create differentiated aesthetic preferences, in order to enhance competitive advantage. Design naturally becomes the brand to create an important strategy to attract consumers.Besides, many businesses could reduce the extent of customers' attention with data analysis provided by the Internet, but they still need give customers more special products. And it doesn't mean they would spend all the time on these elected products. "YOUER" in the brand management and operation of the model, it is a great importance to digital, tabular to deal with all the data issues. It is not far enough to just forecast customers and follow them at the data advantage of the Internet. They have to narrow down the objective ones to affect the real customers who really need and then try to satisfy them when they couldn't be satisfied by other business.But how can a local brand insist original design in such complex surrounding? How could it ensure to selling at a high premium and spread its brand idea at the same time? They are the matters that many brands are facing not only in market but also in modern cultural environment. And this research is going to give some efficient solutions to these problems by exploring individual case practically.
