In the early stage of the planned economic system, the development structure of Garment Retailing was former department store as the leading, and then gradually evolved into a variety of clothing retail format mode coexistence system. Along with the rapid raise of the retail network in the global scope and the saturated real life store retail, network cloth retail industry has developed rapidly. With the popularity of e‐commerce, studies on the development of network retail development in recent years are gradually increasing these years, yet the studies on the network cloth retail industry, especially on the network designer clothing retail platform are not too much, not to count the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this business mode, the catalog of design styles and the positioning of the customers. This paper will use " network cloth retailing model", "original designers" as the research objects to study vertical market segments, which also made this paper features of time and leading edge.Hangzhou, known as the "capital city of electronic commerce", the manmade festivals such as "shuangshiyi", "shuangshier" as a consumption phenomenon, accelerated the development of clothing retail network. Using the new business model network D2 C platform as a case study here, this paper breaks the traditional B2 C, C2 C, B2 B model, and it will for the first time introducing main source of clothing product designer group into the e‐commerce platform, connecting original designers and users seamlessly, using "tailor designers" instead of "competition", and introducing "O2O online booking, stores fitting" concept, so as to explore the clothing retail network business model innovation, exploring the development path of online apparel retail industry for the future, it would be with pioneering status and important theoretical and practical significance. This paper aims to forecast and be a driven force to the growth of future of network retail.With the advent of the era of big data, the development of network clothing has raised to a higher level. Personalized design and produce would be popular. And use designers as the main character, link the star designers and interdisciplinary designers to sell on the same platform, face the terminal consumers, operate by online and offline interaction way, clear market positioning, develop power of science and technology collaboratively, will become the future trend of clothing retail industry in our country..I hope that through research on D2 C platform, and by visiting the original designer, analyzing consumer demands, integrate the "attention economy", "economic coordination innovation". Thus, this paper will use a new network retail clothing pattern of D2 C as a case study, rebuild the ideal network purchasing clothing system, and also hope to put forward some concrete feasible strategies for the development of designers network sales.
