Risk Management Study To A Company Vietnam Iron And Steel EPC General Contract Project

This paper is based on the complexity of the international political and economic situation and The basic national conditions of China's "going out", pointing out that with the increasing complexity of the international environment, Chinese enterprises undertake offshore project into the multiple times. In the process of going out, enterprises must improve the management analysis and research in international engineering project risk management, strong risk prevention awareness,to maximize the interests of the project.First,the author introduces the significance and background of the paper, summarizes the problem and the resultsof the A Company iron and steel EPC project in Vietnam, and then puts forward the reason of problem. In the core part of the paper, the author gives a general introduction of A company and iron and steel EPC project, making analysis to the project. In the process of case analysis, on the basis of relevant theories,author summarize the causes of the defects of project risk management.Finally, through the analysis of the reasons for defects of project risk management, author provide the risk-prevention measures to iron and steel EPC general project and A company's development of overseas projects in the future.
