At present, the world’s hair products market is potential, in Europe, the United States and other countries hair products market has become increasingly mature. As labor intensive and technology intensive industries, the domestic wig industry has huge space to develop. First, it can increase the turnover of international trade and realize the export of foreign exchange earnings. On the other hand, the large demand of domestic market also gave more space for the wig production enterprise, although the domestic hair products enterprises started late, but good development. In the development strategy of hair products industry, the enterprises to optimize the industrial development as an opportunity and the construction of enterprise strategy, the construction of competence system of enterprise talent strategy, resource strategy, brand strategy, customer strategy and culture strategy resources are rapidly realized.As the impact of the financial crisis, the international trade turnover was reduced. Therefore, the foreign trade of the wig enterprises in China is facing more and more challenge and pressure. Especially the domestic raw material prices and labor costs continue to rise under this environment, the domestic enterprises face big competition pressure. AONE company as a new birth company is also faced with the same problems. Therefore, this subject chose the AONE company as a reference, and put forward the reconstruction of enterprise development strategy, to ensure that enterprises steadily develop during the fierce competition.This subject analyzes internal and external environment of AONE company, it analyze the current survival situation from the policy impact and the impact of market competition and other external factors. The internal environment of the enterprise, it analyzes the problems of the enterprise’s development strategy in the aspects of human resources, enterprise strategy driving factors, advantages and disadvantages, and so on. According to the current situation of enterprise strategy, analysis of existing problems, put forward AONE company industry strategy, regional strategy, brand strategy and customer strategy reconstruction; and according to the specific causes of the problem analysis, We designed the implementation scheme of the company’s development strategy.according to the implementation of the design scheme, we submit the safeguard by the corresponding measures put forward from the organization, enterprise culture, financial management, information security protection of public security and other 5 aspects of human resources. The research conclusions of this paper: according to the current situation of the enterprise’s development strategy, the sustainable and steady development of enterprises need clear strategic guidance. At the same time, it can also be used for reference to other brothers companies, to find their own problems, to promote the enterprise to make decisions and planning.
