| Science and technology are the primary productive forces and have been playing an important role in the promotion of social development, improvement of production efficiency and convenience of daily life. As a large agricultural country, it is an inevitable choice to transit from traditional to modern agriculture, which can not only implement the scientific outlook on development, but also achieve the harmonious development of human, nature, resources and environment. Science and technology influence most in promoting agricultural modernization, and only by taking with the power of it can we realize the goal of the development of modern agriculture.Academia on science and technology and agricultural research mainly focused on factors that influence the use of agricultural science and technology; the application of modern science and technology in agricultural development; agricultural science and technology and environmental protection and agricultural sustainable development; science and technology support system of agricultural development, talent, promotion and innovation research. Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze its influence on the development of the agriculture is helpful to clear the role of science and technology progress in promoting agriculture. Taking some specific area as the example is conducive to achieve the purpose of theory research results to guide practice.By analyzing the definition of science and technology and agriculture, this paper defines the connotation of the two and lays a foundation for further research on the classification, function and the research of agricultural production structure. The research of the transformation of the traditional agriculture theory, the sustainable development theory and the agricultural science and technology induction theory lays the theoretical support for this paper. Through analyzing the present situation, the main problems in the development of science and technology in Shandong province are found. Through carries on the research of the Shandong province agricultural development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, its SWOT matrix table has been obtained. It is concluded that that the growth type strategy is the best choice for the sustainable development of agriculture in Shandong Province. By choosing the total number of agricultural output and scientific and technological achievements related data in Shandong province from 1978 to 2014, the impact of the development level of scientific and technological on agricultural development has been studied. Based on the correlation analysis of SPSS, the results show that the development level of science and technology and agricultural improvement has a statistical correlation in Shandong province. The results of regression analysis indicate that the increase of the number of scientific and technological achievements and the increase of total agricultural output show a positive correlation, that is to say, the improvement of science and technology development has positive influence on agricultural development. In this paper, it is concluded that the development of science and technology and agriculture in Shandong province can be promoted by increasing investment in science and technology and its innovation system construction, improving agricultural science and technology knowledge system and talent training, promoting the construction of agricultural information, strengthening technology innovation and optimization of agriculture structure.This paper contributes to enrich the theoretical research related to agricultural science and technology; analysis of Shandong Province science and technology development level and agricultural development makes it clear of its promotion influence. Study on Shandong province science and technology and agricultural development strategy provides a reference for the future development of both. This paper has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. |
