Research On Financial Support For Modern Agricultural Development In Mudanjiang City

Mudanjiang City actively develop its special resources,such as mountainous and hilly topography, to explore the road of a developing characteristic agriculture, export-oriented agriculture after many years of active practice, which increases the added value of agricultural products and the income of farmers. Mudanjiang City becomes a strong city of Heilongjiang Province agricultural and typical modern agriculture demonstration city in Heilongjiang Province. The development of agriculture and export-oriented agricultural characteristics of Mudanjiang City, cannot do without a huge investment in agricultural infrastructure. Therefore, the rural financial system of Mudanjiang City is completed or not, the rural financial operation mechanism of Mudanjiang City is effective or not, the rural financial institutions funding of Mudanjiang City is enough and stable or not, the government introduced policies and regulations are honored and implemented or not, will have an important impact on sustainable development of characteristic agriculture and export-oriented agriculture of Mudanjiang City.Based on the existing research results, this paper uses the methods of combination of literature collection with on-the-spot investigation, theory analysis with empirical analysis, and of interdisciplinary analysis to study rural finance in Mudanjiang City. The article has five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic as well as the existing domestic and foreign study on blue economic zone, and puts forward the purpose of this study and plans to solve main problems. The second chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts of modern agriculture and rural finance theory. The third chapter analyzes the rural financial development experience and lessons of developed countries and domestic developed agriculture county. The fourth chapter is about the current situation of Mudanjiang rural financial development and supply-demand analysis. The fifth chapter mainly discusses some problems, which encountered in the development of rural finance in Mudanjiang City. The sixth chapter provides the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of rural financial development in Mudanjiang City. The seventh chapter summarizes the development of rural finance in Mudanjiang City.
