Under the reform wave of “Public entrepreneurship and innovation”,More and more Start-ups have sprung up in various industry.All originators have launched a new attempt and exploration in their respective fields with grassroots spirit,With the start-ups foundation instability or even Business model is not particularly right,so the chance on a global scale of start-ups success is low.With the vigorous development of domestic automobile industry,until the end of 2015,the auto after-sales market capacity is close to 800 billions,such a large market is bound to cause the fierce conflicts between venture capital.Many cross industry giant with the aid of the capital,staged scenes of the marketing war.Under the cruel marketing background,almost everywhere are insurmountable gap and capital industry barriers for the small start-up.The Research on Strategic management of start-ups will make their overall situation and long-term planning and development,enhance their market accepted and reflect the ability of competitive advantage.At the same time make the growth of start-ups enter the right development orbit,and ensure the success of originator has very important practical significance.This paper reviews the competitive strategy theories,and sets the Q company as the study object.On the basis of analysis of auto aftermarket environment and competition situation,determine the external opportunity and threats of Q company,and by the objectively analysis of the advantage resources,summarizes the internal Superiority and Weakness for the development.Finally put forward the differentiation strategy for the company's future development with the full analysis,and depend on differentiation strategy the company will realize super development in capital and customer aspect.On the strategic implementation,combined with the seven contents in differentiation strategy choice stage,reflect differentiated content in every management links.Through differentiation strategy implementation,realizing single breakthrough in a narrow market point and improving the competitive advantage.Research of this paper will indicate the strategic direction for future development for Q company,at the same time,give the methods and steps of improving customer and capital focus.This research method has certain reference value for other similar start-up in auto aftermarket in strategy formulation and implementation aspect.
