On March 2018,the development of China's insurance industry has a new inflection point,The state council plans to establish a new banking regulatory commission,which will contact the the China bank insurance supervision and administration commission together,This suggests that the country's financial regulatory system reform,which will guarantee the development of the insurance business.Base on this situation,this paper will mainly choose A property GuiZhou branch car insurance business for analysis and research.Firstly,this article will introduces the research background,the research purpose and method,according to the related theory,A general insurance branch in GuiZhou is analyzed in the process of development of macro environment,and according to the car insurance market environment in GuiZhou,the whole car insurance industry competition situation will be investigated and studied,A general insurance branch in GuiZhou is analyzed,which contact the current situation,the internal and external situation,using five model tool to analyze the current opportunities and challenges,as well as its advantages and disadvantages,and at the same time to know the current opportunities and threats,thus obtained A general insurance branch in GuiZhou should select and implement differentiation competitive strategy of reasoning,Then it expounds the implementation of the differentiation strategy from five aspects,such as vehicle type differentiation,sales channels differentiation,customer service differentiation,underwriting and claims differentiation,regional differentiation,and finally puts forward to guarantee the measures of the implementation strategy.The topic of this paper according to the practical problems faced by property insurance companies in the development of auto insurance business.From the perspective of insurance practitioners,the author makes relevant analysis and research on the development status,it has certain practical significance.
