In the fierce competitive environment,human resource has become a key factor to the success of enterprise competition.And employee engagement is a direct impact on the performance indexes of the company.Scholars and some consulting firms are interesting in the studying of Employee Engagement.Taking A company as an example,this thesis provided suggestions on improving A company distribution center blue-collar employees' engagement.The suggestions are on the basis of A company employee engagement survey result analysis.The main problems of A company distribution center blue-collar management exist in the compensation and benefit,career development opportunities,working environment,managers and performance evaluation,and learning and development,etc.The suggestions are to create a suitable working environment,to establish performance-oriented competitive compensation system;improve the system of worker promotion;to strengthen the manager/supervisor and worker communication;to provide more training and development opportunities;to build good relationship with employees,to form a leader team of high quality etc.The first chapter is the research background and methods.The second chapter is relevant literature review of engagement.The third chapter is the A company blue-collar employee engagement survey design and implementation.The fourth chapter is the survey data statistics and analysis.The fifth chapter is suggestions to promote A company's blue-collar employees engagement.The last chapter is the conclusion of the thesis.
