The Research On Project Cost Management Of H In The Field Of Traffic Construction

In recent years, along with our country economy has maintained a rapid growth of more than 7%, traffic engineering construction industry has become a pillar industry of national economic development, due to the attention of the governments at various levels of investment, and traffic engineering construction project investment is also increasing. But because of the influence of planned economy, and the backward of project management concept and management methods, it caused many problems in the domestic project management, especially the cost management issues is quite prominent. Project cost management is of great significance, however, the result of the engineering project cost management, directly determines the input and output of the project, is the key to the project benefit level factors, and also the core content of the engineering project management.Based on this background, the paper first analyzed the engineering project management at home and abroad and the research status of the project cost. Then the concept and content of project management,cost control methods and measures are introduced in detail. After taking the H project of A company as a case, this paper makes an empirical study on the effect of H project in the process of cost control management and the existing problems. Cost management support system and cost accounting system are initially established, more attention to the cost management awareness of the training. But in the process of cost control, the H project still has some problems, such as the cost management system is not perfect, the person management is not in place, so the reason of the existing problem is analyzed deeply. Finally, under the premise of the combination of theory and research, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for how to better control the cost of the H project. In order to improve the cost management system, strengthen the management of people as the core idea, the company to implement specific management measures, such as the establishment of quality and safety management system, strengthen the cost management, the establishment of employee incentive mechanism, improve the standard contract text, and so on.The research in this article puts forward a better solution to the problems in the cost control and management of the H project. I hope that these suggestions can provide some reference for the future domestic project cost control and management.
