Investor relations management (the English abbreviation:IRM) is imported from western developed capital market, the idea of IRM have a specific development background, and along with our maturing securities market, it's widely used in the listed companies, and gradually adopted by the investors. Investor relations management refers to the integrated use of financial, marketing, communication and public relations etc, to efficiently and orderly interact with investors, in order to retain existing investors, potential investors as well, it's a strategic management to maximize the value of the company. Scholars at home and abroad have found a good investor relationship management can improve shareholder relations, reduce the cost of capital, optimize corporate governance, and enhance the value of the company.With the improving efficiency of information flow in the Internet age, the further development of capital market, and transition of securities issue institution from authorization system to register system, the listed company shall how to choose a suitable investor relations management strategy? How to use the characteristics of the Internet to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, to build a good company image? How to strengthen the capital competition ability, to achieve maximum value? These have become the important subject that stand between listed companies and investors.At the moment, investor relations management research at home and abroad is more about the IRM's implications, forms, relevance with the capital market, historical evolution and present situation, the current problems and restriction factor analysis. but very few concrete practice on investor relations management or operation mechanism. There are some books guide the operation through a variety of typical case analysis, they have certain reference value, but still lack current era background and specific industry research.We have come to the age of the Internet, the Internet features infiltrates in all kinds of antenna, the Internet thinking is no longer just limited to the Internet industry, but as a way of thinking, it has the characteristics of universality. In this paper I come up with the idea of using the Internet thinking to guide the investor relations management strategy, there are three significances. First is in when shaping the IRM development strategy it must be based on the internal and external environment, Secondly, use Internet thinking to re-examine the means and methods of IRM in practice, Third, is to use the Internet is an important tool in enhancing competitiveness of the listed companies. This paper incorporate the LS company's investor relations management cases, analyzing and evaluating the process of its operation, and sums up the thinking paradigm of extensive significance.First of all, this paper starting from the connotation of IRM, pointed out that the content of investor relations management includes internal information to assist strategic planning, digital processing, IRM personnel training, external information communication, public opinion management, and evaluation based on the content of the framework. Second, through the introduction of present situation of China's listed companies'investor relations management, proposed the definition of Internet thinking use IRM as the foothold, explicit the research significance of this subject under the background of the investor relations management with internet-based thinking.Then, take LS company as object, analyzes the development strategy of the IRM,, how to use the Internet to best handle the relationship with investors, analysts, media and regulators, enhance shareholder loyalty, and maximize the value of the company. And focused on the status and relationship quality of LS company, combined with the specific indicators, data, through the comparison within this industry, further illustrate the necessity of investor relations management based on Internet thinking. Finally, this paper combined with the actual situation of China's capital market, puts forward some suggestions to investor relations management.All in all, this paper mainly based on LS company, analyzing Internet thinking of investor relations management aims to supplement existing research, has a certain reference significance to guide the listed companies investor relations management. However, This paper has the following disadvantages:first, although in this paper did tentative research to analysis the LS company, but due to the limitation of knowledge structure, there are still many problems remain to be further study; In addition, in the process of a detailed analysis of case, for the understanding of integrity is not enough, and too much emphasize on the details of analysis; Finally, when evaluating the IRM working on the LS company, due to the limited data acquisition, I can only make a comparative analysis of some available indicators, not able to comprehensive and carefully evaluate the whole process.
