Study On The Construction Of Energy-saving Evaluation Process Based On The Energy Audit In JLSH Company

Facing the severe situation of energy saving and emission reduction,the government adopts a variety of macroeconomic policies for the high energy consuming industrial enterprises and audits the energy of key energy consuming enterprises. The energy saving assessment for the fixed assets investment project is a typical representative. In this context,some of industrial enterprises also carries out energy audits and energy assessment spontaneously, but the measurement function which plays a basic function for energy consumption has lagged behind, and the evaluation of enterprise energy saving is still confined to the industrial fixed assets investment projects. Meanwhile internal energy audit can provide data analysis for the technical improvement project and the technical improvement advice can not play well for the project,resulting in the ineffective control of energy saving assessment source.Based on this present situation, this paper takes JLSH company as a case study. We introduce the energy audit method and whole life cycle theory and take an exploratory study basing on the construction of energy saving evaluation process of energy audits.Firstly, basing on in a comprehensive exposition of the energy audit and energy saving evaluation theory, we the select JLSH company as the research object, analyze the internal energy audit and energy saving evaluation status and summarize the problems existing in the development of the company's internal energy audit and energy saving evaluation;secondly, we introduce the energy audit and the evaluation of whole life cycle to the field of energy-saving assessment, analyze and get theconsistence between the energy audit and energy saving assessment as well as the objective similarity and the interoperability on method. We build up the technology framework project of technology project and energy assessment process consisting of three periods and based on energy audit. At the same time, we break the previous pattern which depend the energy saving assessment on the third party evaluation. Finally, from the aspects of establishing a full awareness of energy conservation,improving the system and strengthening the process of management,improving energy performance appraisal management, standardizing energy metering and energy consuming equipment management, we put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the model, aiming at enhancing the maneuverability and practicability of energy efficiency assessment model.
