Along with the rapid development of automobile industry, the increasing car production, distribution market of fierce competition. Auto parts logistics enterprises should pursued more efficient and high quality service to improve management level of logistics, for constructing more advanced auto parts warehouse distribution center. The efficiency of automotive logistics enterprises to provide logistics services to automotive OEM factory could be directly affected by the justifiability of layout planning for automobile spare parts warehouse distribution center. Therefore, the key of layout planning is automobile spare parts warehouse distribution center.In the dissertation, the background and significance of selected topic has been defined. And the relational theoretical methods and practical application has been arranged. First in first out control method theory and the concept of logistics enterprise applications, the principles of ABC classification method and theory have been included. That method and technology provide theoretical basis for this article involves logistics.Secondly, the characteristics of auto parts logistics and warehousing distribution center on the analysis of the existing operation process have been analyzed in detail in the dissertation based on the new faw parts warehouse distribution center construction project. The reason of high logistics costs and low efficiency on the existing storage and shipping process has been analyzed in detail, meanwhile, the existing specific problems has been put forward in the paper.Once more, new auto parts warehouse distribution center for the demand analysis and the necessity of warehousing distribution center construction were demonstrated. Based on the analysis of automobile production capacity and storage volume calculation, the total size of warehouse distribution center was determined. The warehouse operation process and park operation process and store of new warehouse distribution center for the faw parts were optimized respectively on the basis of that. Under the premise in planning and design of new warehouse distribution center layout, the overall size and function planning detailed of new warehouse distribution center were determined, two kinds of function area layout planning of new faw parts distribution warehousing center were proposed, then has carried on the comparison and analysis.Finally, in the perspective of the innovative logistics technology and warehouse space, the storage and distribution center for auto parts operation efficiency has been greatly optimized by the pallet standardization and first in first out control, then analyses the optimization results.As a result, Compared with the original parts warehousing process, the new warehouse distribution center has a greater degree of optimization: 1. the order picking efficiency increased by 20%, 2. 28% reduction in logistics, personnel to reduce 26%, 3. the packing damage reduced by 18% and 4. 28% less overall area, warehouse operation efficiency increase of 15%.The research results of dissertation has a guiding significance for the new warehouse distribution center planning and construction based on the actual construction project.
