Research On Distribution Standardization Of Auto Parts For A Company

Logistics standardization has become a new trend in the development of logistics industry.This thesis chooses A company as research object,who is a third-party automobile logistics company under the HY Group,a well-known automobile manufacturer in China,which is currently in the stage of business development.The existing logistics distribution system can no longer meet the needs of automobile manufacturers.Re-constructing the standardization of logistics distribution has become the most urgent task for Company A.Therefore,the main purpose of this thesis is to study the current situation,existing problems and its causes of distribution for auto parts of A company.On this basis,it seeks to build a standardized system of logistics distribution of A company.First of all,this thesis analyze the mode and process of logistics distribution of A company.Then it concluded that there are some problems in the standardization system of distribution in A company.For example,the inventory management of auto parts is confused,the standardization of packaging is deficient,the information level is low,the supply of auto parts is not compatible with the production schedule and the quality evaluation of service is imperfect.Secondly,aiming at the existing problem and its reasons,the standardization of distribution was constructed.Respectively from the standardization of warehousing operation(warehousing process optimization,layout and planning of distribution center),standardization of distribution management(JIT distribution optimization,distribution schedule control),standardization of packaging(packaging design,standard implement),standardization of information(information platforms,information technology),and standardization of quality evaluation,and puts forward the strategy of establishing the standardization system of logistics distribution.After that,A Company reduced the cost,optimized the JIT mode,cut down the turnover time of inventory,realized the intelligent handling of logistics and integration of information,which greatly improves the performance of A company.
