The current enterprise human resource management has been the employee career planning into the enterprise human resources management is an important indicator of the enterprises around the world more and more attention to the staff's career planning.The success or failure of enterprises depends to some extent on the status of human resource management,and now many foreign companies have begun to implement the staff career planning,and achieved remarkable results.However,most of our country's enterprises,especially some of the older generation of state-owned enterprises,staff awareness of the career plan is still relatively weak.In this paper,JX power equipment enterprises as the research object,combined with enterprise management and career planning knowledge,using individual interviews,questionnaires and other forms of in-depth study of JX power equipment enterprises in the enterprise staff career planning problems,and how Guide enterprises to career planning and design for employees to conduct a comprehensive study.The purpose of this paper is to combine the theory with practice and improve the practicability of the program for the purpose of JX power equipment enterprise employee career regulation research and found its problems,to solve practical problems and propose design programs to improve business-to-staff The lack of attention to career planning,the ambiguity of their own career planning situation,with a view to improving the existing staff of the enterprise's satisfaction index to reduce the abnormal flow of employees,thereby promoting the scientific understanding of human resources management Overall upgrade.
