Since the reform and opening up,private high-tech enterprises in China are developing rapidly,and have gradually become the main force to promote the scientific and technological progress and economic development of our country.But the high rate of brain drain has seriously restricted the development of private high-tech enterprises.It not only increases the operating costs of enterprises,but also reduces the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the enterprise staff,weaken the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises,and affect the image and reputation of the enterprise,and so on.The irrational brain drain of enterprise talents will affect the whole society's harmony and stability.How to effectively control the brain drain rate has become the focus and difficulty of the human resource management of private high-tech enterprises.Based on the theory of brain drain and human capital theory,this paper analyzes the case of enterprise A,to study the current situation of brain drain of private high-tech enterprises,the main reason of the loss of talents and the effect of brain drain on enterprises,put forward the corresponding strategy for the brain drain,help private high-tech enterprises face the problem of brain drain,improve human resources management system,effectively reduce the cost of human resources,actively respond to the increasingly fierce market competition and talent competition,realize the enterprise internal and external talents of the healthy circulation and long-term stable development of enterprises.
