Air Business English is a professional required course of civil aviation business major in SMZY college. The objective of the course is to enable students to master communicative competence of air ground service English. As a basic link in Air Business English teaching, classroom teaching is still a essential mode in developing civil aviation major students' professional English ability. So classroom teaching of Air Business English has a great impact on students' professional English proficiency in their future job. Classroom teaching quality is the core of teaching quality evaluation, and will directly affect the training quality of students" professional English. What's more.students are direct participants in the Air Business English classroom teaching, their satisfactions will provide the most valuable information for the improvement of classroom teaching quality.This study combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. We obtain large amounts of data through questionnaires of 236 SMZY college students, and first-hand information with interviewers. In addition, the study uses collect method, collecting and analyzing the domestic and foreign research on satisfaction of English classroom teaching.The study consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the reason and meaning of the study, reviews the literature, and defines the concepts and so on. The second chapter investigates the implementation of study. It states the basic assumptions and problems of the study, preparations of research tools, collections and processing of data, detailed study process, as well as the reliability of the questionnaires. The third chapter is data analysis. It analyzes the differences of students'satisfactions in classroom teaching and studies the relevant factors. The fourth chapter consists two parts. One is to find out the problems of the satisfactions of the classroom teaching through the interview results. The other is to give suggestions to enhance students' satisfactions.
