With the development of the Internet,the combination of education and in formation technology has become the general trend of today's education reform,and the traditional teaching methods have highlighted their shortcomings and have been strongly impacted.In July 2015,the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the "Internet+" Action Plan",encouraging the exploration of new ways of providing educational services,the application of the Internet in education is more abundant,and the integration of online and offline is more closely,which marks " "Internet+" has risen to the national strategic level for the first time.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" document,advocating to attach importance to online education,encourage the development of "Internet+education",promote the modernization and reform of education,and accelerate the construction of an educational power.The flipped classroom is a product of the development of the Internet era.It redefines educational ideas,educational concepts,educational methods and educational evaluations,pays attention to students' learning attitudes,pays attention to students' main body status and all-round development,and no longer regards grades as the only evaluation standard,but Pay attention to students' learning process,students' learning initiative,independent thinking and problem-solving ability,flipped classroom provides diversified learning methods,better teaching resources,online and offline dual-channel teaching methods and more scientific teaching evaluation system,to better realize that education serves students.The flipped classroom divides a physical education class into three parts:pre-class,in-class and after-class according to the time division.It is divided into two parts:online and offline.Before class,students watch teaching videos onlin e,complete the learning tasks assigned by teachers,and then give learning feedback;during class,there will be more time for communication and discussion,practice and error correction between teachers and students and between students and students;after class Students can seek help from teachers online in time when they encounter problems.Teachers can also guide and supervise students' exercise through the Internet.Flipped classroom teaching can better connect a physical education class and form an integrated model inside and outside the classroom.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and teaching experiment method to carry out a teaching experiment of 18 weeks and 36 hours of teaching for the students of the 2020 public sports table tennis class of Northwest Minzu University in the experimental group and the control group.Data comparative analysis,concluded that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in four of the eight indicators of exercise attitude;in the three indicators of physical fitness,there are significant differences in endurance quality,speed quality and girls' sensitivity quality;In the two indicators of skill level,there are significant differences in table tennis forehand attack and backhand push.In the flipped classroom questionnaire,it was found that the flipped classroom improved students' physical and mental health,teamwork awareness,and the interaction between teachers and students.The teaching evaluation was good,and the students expressed their hope to continue to use the flipped classroom in future physical education classes.The conclusion is that both the flipped classroom and the traditional classroom have improved the students' exercise attitude,physical quality and motor skills,but the teaching effect of the flipped classroom is more significant,which means that the application of the flipped classroom in the public sports table tennis class in colleges and universities is feasible.
