Study On The Building Of The Construction Green Supply Chain And The Selection Of Its Suppliers

As the real estate going into the “Silver Age”, the extensive growth mode has been ended, and the impact for the construction is big. The entire construction industry’s profit is reducing gradually. Market competition is becoming more intense.The development of construction industry goes into a new normal, and it will bring new challenges and opportunities to its development model. It’s imperative to introduce the concept of environmental protection to the construction supply chain,with which the awareness of environmental protection is awaking, and the damage to environment and ecological is caused in building. The proposing of green supply chain put forward the development direction of construction industry. It will integrate external resources effectively and achieve economic benefits, environmental benefits,social benefits maximization.Therefore, green supply chain model has become the trend of China’s construction industry development. In today’s massive construction era, the implementation of green supply chain is meaningful.Firstly, this paper studied on the development of supply chain and green supply chain. On this bases, the connotation of construction green supply chain was given combining the characteristics of construction industry, and its characteristics was analyzed. Secondly, the paper introduced the necessity and feasibility of implementing construction green supply chain and quantitative analyzed it with game theory. Once again, under the guidance of driving theory, logistic model,cash flow model, information flow model, knowledge flow model was constructed and then integrated the model of construction green supply chain. Lastly, the paper illustrates the importance of green supplier selection. On the basics of it, the greensupplier selection index system was constructed, which including 4 first grade and 13 second grade indexes. By comparing the advantages and shortages of different methods, comprehensive evaluation based on rough set was set for green supplier selection. The case of a construction enterprise, which has rich experience in green supply chain management, is used to demonstrate the green supplier evaluation model is scientifically and effectively.
