Research On Construction And Operating Mechanism Of Green Building Industrial Chain

Construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. Traditional buildingsconsume a large amount of resources, energy, and seriously destroy the environment in theirwhole life cycle. Meantime, the construction waste is also a huge burden. Therefore, thesustainable development of buildings has been on the national agenda of many cuntries.Currently, green buildings in our country are in the single-to-cluster development phase, andthe green building industry is emerging. Therefore, the problems of how to lead thedevelopment of green building industry and how to design suitable development path and theoperation mechanism at the beginning of the green building industry are yet to be solved, andstarting from this, this paper analyses:First of all, the paper builds the green building industrial chain on the basis of theresearch on connotation of green buildings and the essential attribute of industrial chain andthe theory of circular economy theory and industrial chain. Green building industrial chain,different from traditional building industrial chain, is a closed loop architecture industrialchain incorporating green building R&D, green building materials, green construction, sales,green building operations and construction waste recycling. The paper follows the idea ofcircular economy, and provides theoretical basis for and reference to the construction of aresource-conserving and environmental-friendly society.Secondly, based on the research on green building industrial chain, the paper also dealswith how to connect the construction waste recycling with building materials manufacturers.This paper uses Game Theory to analyze the influence of waste disposal enterprises, buildingmaterials manufacturers and the government’s behaviors on business decisions.Thirdly, the smooth operation of green building industrial chain needs the construction ofan operating mechanism. This article analyzes the green building industrial chain cooperationmechanism, interest distribution mechanism, competition mechanism. In the green building industrial chain competition mechanism，the author establishes an evaluation index system forgreen building industrial chain partners, and conducts evaluation on the system; in the greenbuilding industrial chain interests distribution mechanism, the paper adopts Shapley’s valuemethod to allocate the chain’s profit on the basis of the remaining profits analysis of the greenbuilding industrial chain; in green building industrial chain cooperation mechanism, on thebasis of analyzing the important role of competition, the paper puts forward the supervision-competition system of the green building industrial chain competition mechanism.Finally, building the green building industrial chain can not be accomplished in the shortterm, and the construction of its running mechanism also needs long-term guidance andincentives, so the paper puts forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions forpromoting the development of green building industrial chain and improving the greenbuilding industrial chain operating mechanism.
