Writhing the world and Chinese economic development and accelerating the process of economic integration and internationalization rapidly, more and more frequently business treatment of resources becoming easier, meanwhile, it also brings the increase of client's marketing demand diversification and individuation quickly. The type of traditional manufacturing enterprise model is always fabricates after booking orders by no according to clients' marketing diversification and individuation demand, so it is difficult to meet the demand of the market demand for diversified and personalized requirement, and easier loose competitiveness and ability to adapt the global economic growth. Orders for the purpose of this research is the thorough analysis the running mode of manufacturing enterprises as well as the characteristics and the existing problems, combining with the characteristics of market diversification and personalized production requirements, put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to improve the traditional enterprises in the current international market economy's ability to adapt to market diversification and individuation requirements, competition ability and management level.Meanwhile, the author, in combination with the relevant cases and practical experience, analyzed several characteristics of order type production enterprise operation mode, brought up relative strategies on translation to diversification and individuation, and deeply introduced the concept and operational requirements of each; finally through the example analysis of CECO company on behalf of order type, introduced the actual operation model of CECO company. This paper introduced the evolution of market and operation mode, the development status of order type production enterprises, and put forward the outstanding problems. Based the facing challenges, introduced three kinds of production operation mode and inventory operation mode, found several existing problems of operations thought comparison and analysis.
