In China, electronic banking business of commercial Banks starts late. Since Bank of China who first launched electronic banking business in 1996, the other domestic banks also launched related business. And then, electronic banking business began to flourish. At present, almost all banks in China (included central banks, local commercial banks, etc.)had opened electronic banking, and they also wanted to make electronic banking be their core business. With the domestic Internet's rapid popularization, the electronic banking was also greatly promoted. The number of the users of electronic banking business kept rapid growth each year, especially in the large and medium-sized cities who had the high levels of the economics. Electronic banking business is a way of banking pursuit of innovation, strong promotion laid a good foundation for its popularity. And coupled with the rapid development of e-commerce, the driving factors such as consumer pursuit of convenient services, electronic banking business has developed rapidly and become increasingly mature.CN bank as the leader of the local commercial banks, its development strategy also lead the trend of the regional commercial banks. Electronic banking business as one of CN bank's core business, also played an important role in the development of its business. At present, CN bank mainly launched some bank business, contained personal internet banking, corporate internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, e-commerce and other forms of business. And according to different consumers, they provided specialized services. Therefore, directed at CN bank's development strategic research had certain representativeness. This paper used a variety of strategic analysis methods to analysis CN bank's development strategic, hopes to produce certain guidance to its subsequent business innovation.Based on the CN bank's electronic banking business development strategy research, we drew lessons from the related theories of strategic management research, and used a variety of analysis tools. First of all, through the contrast analysis of the electronic banking business development present situation of the domestic and foreign banks, general summarizes the problems which existing in the development of electronic banking in our country. Secondly, choose CN bank as the example, the paper summarized the basic situation of CN bank and its electronic banking business. Through the summary, we had a comprehensive grasp about CN bank. Then, the article analysis CN bank's electronic banking business development strategy from the macro environment, industry environment and CN bank internal and external environment, used the PEST analysis model, the Five model and SWOT analysis model. Finally, according to the above analysis, in view of the CN electronic banking business development present situation and existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy implement measures, in order to better guide the CN bank and its overall strategy for the development of the electronic banking business.
