| China is in the stage of rapid growth of urbanization, cities and towns are becoming the main living space of the people, the future development of mankind can be said as the development of towns. As a developing country, China has a serious urban disease, especially environmental pollution levels surpass almost that of the nineteenfifties and sixties, therefore, the ecology urbanization has become integrated into the necessary development. Numerous studies and practical things showed a positive correlation between urbanization and eco-regional economic growth, improve that the ecological level of urbanization has brought increased levels of regional economic development. In this paper,21 cities in Sichuan ecological state of urbanization and regional economic growth are selectedas the research object, after referring relevant literature, combining theoretical research and empirical analysis, descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis methods,this articlestudies the currant situation and future development trends of eco-urbanizationin Sichuan, and explore its impact on regional economic growth.This paper selects 21 cities ofSichuan Province,from 1999 to 2013, the study of literature and combing theory of ecological urbanization connotation of urbanization and ecological impact of the regional economic impact of the production machine to defined, namely eco-towns must be sustainable and integrated economic, social and environmental development of the premise, due to its harmony, efficiency, sustainability, integrity, regional and other unique features, the combined inter-regional and diffusion effect promote regional economic growth; while using analytic hierarchy analysis method and factor analysis, from the level of economic development, social development and the level of utilization of resources, and environmental development level three levels finally selected 20 indicators establish for ecological comprehensive evaluation index system level of urbanization, it founds that since 1999, the level of ecological urbanization development in Sichuan Province has a trend of increasing year by year, but the level of development of around the cities presents obvious regional imbalance, Chengdu,the capital of Sichuan province has a unique advantage in all aspects including the natural environment, historical development, geographic location, policy orientation, whose level of economic development over the years have a leading position among other cities in Sichuan. Other regions such as Guang'an, Bazhong, Liangshan, the urbanization level of development is at a low level,because their level of development and resource utilization levels are relatively low while the social and economic development are closely related. Subsequently, using factor analysis to extract common factors and the level of urbanization to establish the ecological complexes score vector autoregression (VAR (1)) model, the future trend for ecological development of urbanization a short-term forecast, the next few years to obtain for ecological towns the level of development of basic formula fluctuated upward trend; Finally, the relationship for ecological urban development and regional economic growth between empirical research, choose to take advantage of eco-urbanization factor analysis obtained as explanatory variables, fixed capital investment per capita and the number of resident population 100 practitioners were replaced by investment and human capital as a control variable, per capita GDP as the dependent variable, through panel unit root test, cointegration test, model selection panel established test panel fixed effects model to analyze the impact of the development of urbanization in different ecological regions on regional economic growth. By global spatial autocorrelation test, model selection test panel space, the eventual establishment of spatial lag way fixed effects model, the direct and spillover effects from two aspects to explore the ecological impact of urbanization development in various cities in Sichuan states on economic growth.The empirical results show that:the ordinary panel data model and spatial panel models show that the ecological urbanization level has a positive role in promoting regional economic development. Panel fixed effects model, the coefficientsof LnEU LnPK and LnPL are positive, indicates that ecological urban development, physical capital and human capital investment in regional economic growth has a positive role in promoting eco-urbanization level.increasing of 1 percent causes GDP per capita increased 0.1443 percent. Fixed asset investment increased by 1 percentage point increase in GDP 0.5492 percent, investment in human capital for each 1% increase causes GDP 0.4221 percent growth. Due to the impact of different social ecology, regional economic and technological development and other factors, the model estimates the different constant term; Spatial lag panel two-way fixed effects model, the spatial lag coefficient term is 0.378371 and surpass the significant level of 5% test, indicate that economic growth in Sichuan Province in various cities of the state have a positive spillover effect of space, that is, local economic growth will lead to economic growth in the neighboring cities of the state. From the estimated results of the model point of view, LnEU, LnPK and LnPL coefficient is positive, where ecological urbanization factor of 0.312992, and the 5% level of significance test, indicating that the Eco-urbanization Development on Regional Economy growth has a positive role in promoting and estimates obtained for the direct and indirect effects of regional economic development coefficients are positive, indicate that the ecology of urban development in an area not only through the direct effects, but also through the adjacent areas to promote the overall development of regional economy.Based on the conclusion, we made the following suggestions:First, the development of eco-towns need to take the road of sustainable development, the development of circular economy. Second, the development of eco-tourism, promote ecological development of urbanization. Put the ecological concepts into the development of tourism which take full advantage of its unique advantages, promote the improvement of the level of urbanization development of regional ecological, thereby contributing to better and faster development of regional economy. Finally, to strengthen the backward areas of ecological urbanization, promote the balanced development of ecological urbanization among regions, such as take urbanization development goals and policies in different areas.Comparing with existing research results, innovation of this paper is reflected in:(1) domestic scholars only research on ecological development and regional economic growth in urbanization in whole country,there is little research on one province,let alone in Sichuan Province; (2) VAR model, analysis of ecological urbanization development of impulse response affecting their development relationship of each factor by VAR model for forecasting the level of ecological urbanization development in Sichuan Province to predict the next few years. (3) using a common model panel and panel space modeling analysis, analysis of ecological urbanization level in different parts of the economic development of the region, from the direct and spillover effects on two aspects of the development of urbanization in Sichuan ecological region Research on the impact of economic growth. However, due to the 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan related to urbanization ecological data acquisition more difficult, coupled with my accumulation of urbanization in ecological theory of regional economic growth theory and spatial panel model was still shallow, this article in the study also There are many deficiencies. |
