The preponderant vegetable industry in loess plateau,which is one of the seven areas with great advantage in vegetable planting in China, has the obvious ascendant area. In the respect of production, occupying a more and more eOssential position in the Shanxi's industrial structure of agricultural. Not only will it increase peasantry's earning, but also it broadens the channel of villages'economy. What's more,it is because there are regnant seed resources that the harvest is increasing and the quality is promoting. From that reality,we'll draw the conclusion that what we should do first is to breed the improved varieties if we'd like to develop the vegetable industry. To put all into a nutshell, I support the statement that it is the industrialization of regnant seed that plays a vital role in the development industrialization of agriculture.The article elaborates.the technological breeding,promotion,and the development of seed company during the present developing process of the development of the industrialization of regnant seed,taking the Shanxi province's practice as the background. Apart from the above phenomena, the low extent of marketzation, the lack of professional organization, the obstruction of information's transmittal, and the lag of technology's promotion are all punching the development of seed industry. Being directed against, all the problems, only if enterprises strengthen the study, the breeding base's construction will the industry make great progress. There goes a saying that if the lips are gone.the teeth will be cold. As what the saying goes,the relationship between enterprises and authority are like lips and teeth. If government won't take messures to fix the big,there will be more blocks. there's some suggestion government should do as fllow. First of all, government should place a hand on modern seed company. That includes increasing the investment of people with ability,supervising the seed marketplace,making the most the best of seed association, setting the strong policy to check and protect the companies and promoting the strategy of sustainable development.
