Improvement And Analysis On "Red Lantern" Melon' Slogistics Management Present Situation In Xinfu District, Xin Zhou City

The" red lantern" melon industry is a major agricultural industry in Xinfu District, Xin Zhou City, under the attention of the Municipal and District Committee,the melon industry is having much rapid development and showing a strong momentum, which has become a major agricultural pillar industry for increasing agricultural production efficiency and farmers'income..But with the improvement of people's consumption level in China, the melon's fresh taste from picking to table and food safety required by consumers is improving day by day,the importance of the logistics management to fruit and vegetable industry becomes more and more obvious. The backward in logistics management will not only cause huge economic losses to the farmers, but also pose a major threat to people's diet safety. Therefore, the logistics project construction and development of "red lantern" melon in Xinfu District, Xin Zhou City is particularly important.This paper mainly aims at the analysis and improvement of " red lantern" melon's logistics management present situation in Xinfu District, Xin Zhou City. First,by using SWOT and PEST analysis method analyzed the "red lantern" melon's logistics management features and present situation in Xinfu District, Xin Zhou City on the basis of expounding the conception and content of agricultural products logistics.At the same time,the current problems they are facing now are raised:the rotting rate of "red lantern" melon in Xinfu District reaches up to 15% annually,the fruit farmer's economic loss reaches up to 2000 yuan per mu annually,the main reason of the problem is that the fruit farmers failed to grasp the characteristic of melon and the preservation technology has fallen behind.In addition.following with the logistics problems such as the backward in cold-chain logistics development,the logistics information imperfection and the high logistics costs,by drawing from advanced preservation and logistics technology of fruits and vegetables domestic.This paper discussed the "red lantern" melon industrial development countermeasures from different directions,such as pre-cooling technology,preservative,plastic wrap and the internet of things.Combining with the present situation,this paper puts forward a way suit for the "red lantern" melon industry development,that is to say,during the progress of melon picking,pre-processing,packaging, handling, transporting.by the means of management which is systematic,science and technology,and green prompts the fruit farmers to gain the value-added effect in time and space.
