"Thirteen Five" is an important period for China's economic construction, since the outbreak of the 2007 US subprime mortgage crisis and thereby gradually spread around the world, our country has been by way of four trillion spending to stabilize the economy overall, but the subprime crisis long-term effects still reflected out. China Railway Tunnel Group is an important business of construction in the field of engineering, after decades of development, has extensive construction experience, strong technical strength and a huge talent scale and reserves. Through this analysis we found that China Railway Group faces the tunnel there is a new development of economic normality brought international development strategy and its own construction and development. Then using PEST analysis method in the macro environment "Thirteen Five" development strategy, with the SWOT model to analyze the company's internal environment analysis group.The results showthat 2016--2020 is the "Thirteen Five" period, but also macroeconomic transition countries in the window, after a period of time spent macroeconomic transition countries will be initially completed, it is left to the China Railway Tunnel Group this large enterprises the most important opportunities for self-adjustment, China Railway tunnel Group must pay attention to this time and do all the preparation to meet the new challenges.
