The Study On The Grid And Network Management Of The Labor Security Inspection In Fujian Province

At present, China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation, the main interests of an increasingly diverse labor relations, workers' demands are increasingly complex and diverse, lower economic growth and economic momentum downward pressure make labor relations instability gradually increasing. On the other hand, labor security supervision by supervisory staff shortage, limited means of enforcement and regulatory constraints the backward mode, and many other factors, makes the labor security supervision work long-term in a passive situation. Thus, the original labor security supervision management mode can not meet the increasingly onerous task now. In 2015, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a "build a harmonious labor relations" and proposed to fully promote labor security supervision "two networks management", supervision and law enforcement to proactive prevention and urban and rural transformation. Implementing labor security supervision "two networks management", it is an effective means of labor security supervision work of outstanding issues.The object of study is Q city, discuss with the city and county levels labor security supervision organs Ombudsman, field visits to some township (street) labor and social security office, through the above method to consult archives of local institutions over the years, collect the first hand data, summing up the current situation of labor security supervision "two networks management" and search the implementation problems, analyze causes of the problem.
