The Mechanism Of Labor Security Supervision Of Local Government Existing Problems And Countermeasures Research

Labor security supervision is an important product of the market economy,protects the establishment and perfection of the market economy.Strengthen labor security supervision is conducive to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers,stable and standardized labor market,maintaining social fairness and justice,and promote the harmonious development of economic and social development.At present,our country is in the transition period of economic development,the local government labor security supervision work existence many problems,which indicates that the current labor security supervision mechanism has gradually with the level of economic and social development does not adapt,therefore innovative local government labor security supervision mechanism is very necessary.In this paper,using the method of combining normative research and empirical research,in Yuelu District of Changsha City as an example,introduces the status of the Yuelu district government labor security supervision mechanism,summarizes the Yuelu district government labor security supervision mechanism in the presence of laws and regulations,system,construction of law enforcement contingent,external factors etc.defects,and analysis of the problem the reason is the labor security supervision legislation is not perfect,institutional settings is not scientific,team construction has not been the government's attention,the self construction of the trade unions is not perfect.At the same time,this paper selects the Japan,Russia and the United States three relatively successful in terms of labor inspection countries as typical,separately introduces general situation of the national government labor inspection system,summed up the advanced experience of these countries government labor inspection system,sums up the enlightenment to our country local government labor security supervision mechanism innovation.Based on the above research,this paper finally put forward the Countermeasures of innovation in local government labor security supervision mechanism conception,so as to further perfect the labor security supervision legislation,management system and the effectiveness of propaganda,strengthening of labor security supervision team construction of innovative labor security supervision and management means.
